The Canadian government offers telephone numbers for people going through a crisis or thinking about suicide. Mental Health Support: Get Help

BounceBack® is a free skills-building program led by the Canadian Mental Health Association. Through online videos and a telephone coach, it offers strategies to help manage low mood, anxiety, stress or worry. BounceBackOntario

In 2023, Canada launched 9-8-8, which is a Canada-wide Suicide Crisis Helpline. You can call or text for support. 9-8-8 Helpline
